Formada na cidade de Nova York no ano de 1992, chamou a atenção de todos com seus singles: “Two Princes” e Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” que ficaram em Sétimo e Décimo Sétimo lugar, respectivamente parada “American pop chart”.

Os ‘Spin Doctors conseguiram sobressair nas “jam sessions” no início dos anos 90. Foram das poucas bandas que o conseguiram fazer. Com o álbum “Pocket Full Of Kryptonite” assaltaram os tops de todo o mundo, muito à custa do single “Two Princes”. Single que em 1993 foi o mais ouvido do mundo. Até 1996 nem tudo correu bem, mas o encontro com uma nova editora (Uptown/Universal) foi feliz.

Em 2001, a banda anunciou seu fim. Porém, no ano de 2005, os membros se reuniram e foi lançado o álbum intitulado de “Nice Talking To Me”. E em abril de 2013 será lançado o álbum If The River Was Whiskey. Texto: Last FM.  Site Oficial.
